The Annie A. Bond Legacy Circle recognizes individuals who have informed The Children’s Hospital Foundation of Manitoba of their plans to leave gifts in their wills, or other future gifts in their estates, to the Foundation. The Annie A. Bond Legacy Circle is named in honour of the woman who founded The Children’s Hospital of Winnipeg in 1909 and who was an active supporter of the hospital for the rest of her life.

Members of the Annie A. Bond Legacy Circle follow in her footsteps, as visionaries whose gifts will provide care for future generations of sick children and support the research that will lead to the treatments of tomorrow.

When Annie envisioned a children’s hospital, little did she imagine that Winnipeg would become recognized globally in both child health care and child health research. We continue to pioneer new drug therapies, new vaccines, lifestyle and behavioural therapies, and surgical and bedside treatments for neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, and teenage patients from Manitoba, Western Ontario, Nunavut, Eastern Saskatchewan, and in our specialty areas, from around the world.

Members of the Annie A. Bond Legacy Circle help ensure that The Children's Hospital of Winnipeg continues the promise envisioned by Annie, proving that a difference can be made one person at a time.
